Dwight Anstine has started a part time schedule

October 26, 2016

As of June, long time employee and Ag Lender, Dwight Anstine has started a part time schedule.

At this time, we would like to introduce Cam Elliott as the newest member of our Ag Team. Cam grew up in a small farming community in southwest Iowa and graduated from the University of Central Missouri with his master’s degree in Business Administration. He has been an Ag & Commercial Loan Officer in Johnson County for the last 12 of his 15 years in banking. He is very community minded and is a great fit for F&C Bank.

Dustin Hertzog has been with F&C Bank for 4 years and he will continue to effectively assist customers in the same manner. If you are not familiar with Dustin, he grew up around Holden all of his life. He has been farming with his family since he was a small child and has grown up surrounded by the ag business. Dustin has been a great addition to the bank, and his knowledge in ag lending continues to grow.

Terry Callahan and Sandy DeHart will also remain with our Ag Team at F&C Bank. They will continue to process your loans and financial data, as they have for 20+ years. Both, Terry and Sandy, have a wealth of knowledge in the Ag business. They do a wonderful job preparing and processing loans efficiently.

Dear Valued F&C Bank Customers

September 12, 2013

We want to notify you of some upcoming and exciting changes to the bank's processing system and how this change may affect you. This letter outlines what you can expect during this change and gives us an opportunity to answer questions you may have.

What is changing?

Friday, September 20, 2013 F&C Bank will switch to a new processing system. The processing system affects everything from transactions to generating statements, as well as handling online and telephone banking services.

Why change?

Converting to the new system will provide newer technology, enhanced security and more direct control in delivering innovative products and services to you.

How will this affect my checking/savings accounts?

If you are a deposit customer, the transition to the new system will largely be seamless - account numbers will remain the same. Debit card and ATM card owners will continue to use the same Debit and ATM cards. Your PIN numbers will remain the same.

As part of the conversion, we are streamlining the types of checking accounts we offer. As a result, some of the account type names may change (Example: Totally Free checking will become Free checking).

What about my checking/savings statement cycles?

All checking and savings accounts will be issued an account statement on September 19, 2013 which will be mailed to you. E-Statement customers need to save or print statements prior to September 18, 2013. After the conversion, previous statements and images will NOT be available online.

Normal statement cycles will resume after the system upgrades. If you have both checking and savings accounts, both account transactions will be included on one statement.

How will this affect my loan accounts?

If you are a loan customer, continue to make your scheduled payments by the due date reflected on your coupon book or statement. Please continue using your current payment book. You will notice a change in the appearance of your loan account number in post conversion notices and future loan documents (your updated loan account number will have extra numbers appearing before and after your current number).

What about my access to online and telephone banking?

Access to online and telephone banking will be unavailable while we convert to the new system beginning on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 3 p.m. We anticipate all systems to be available for access by 9 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013. We apologize for this inconvenience and encourage you to mark these dates on your calendar so you may plan accordingly while online and telephone banking are unavailable.

Effective September 23, 2013 the telephone banking number will change to 1 (800) 530-8560. Your password for telephone banking will change the first time you call and you will be prompted on how to complete the change. Online banking customers will still use www.fandcbank.com to access online banking. Your user name will remain the same; however, your password will change.

Online Banking customers will receive a separate letter before September 19, 2013 on how to access online banking for the initial login after conversion. It is important to note, online customers need to save or print online account statements (including e-statements), transaction history, and images prior to September 18, 2013 at 3 p.m.

What about my scheduled bill payments?

All previously scheduled bill payments will process as normal over the conversion weekend.

I still have questions - who do I call?

If you still have questions, please call your local F&C Bank office. Although our technology may be changing, the same friendly faces remain ready to serve you every day. When it comes to where you bank, we know that you have a choice.

Thank you for making your choice F&C Bank. We appreciate your business!
