A Trusted Contact is someone that you appoint F&C Bank to contact that will act in your best interest.  We might need to call your Trusted Contact if we cannot get in touch with you if you are traveling, having a health related issue, there is a natural disaster or a fraud concern.  Taking a proactive step to add a Trusted Contact can help protect your assets and guide you in managing your finances.
